Melyssa, you have just made my day! I'm so glad you got mid and not late October, I was hoping for mid to last September but I am sure that you and Jared are not complaining about the date you did get. I do hope Jared can make it to Montreal with you, this is a special occasion and you two should be together to celebrate the good news.

I was kind of hoping for late Sept but you're right, we're not complaining... but maybe a bit jealous that people in June are getting their interviews only two weeks after us when we were at the end of April/beginning of May! hehe

We're excited though - at least we have a date and it's not later than mid-October!!!

I agrea shes about a month ahead of me , with my calculations ( if I get lucky ) I will be Nov or dec , so she should be oct or nov , I do hope she enjoys her trip and didnt get caught up in the hurricain

Well I finally got an email from Montreal today. They said he's still not scheduled yet. They said it 'could be' October OR November! What the heck?! Seriously. Are we being punished because we had to cancel twice due to him battling a serious illness? If what they say is true, that means it will be 9 to 10 months from the last interview date. This is rediculous.

Got the letter today ...dated Aug 17.....so when I phoned on Aug 17 and the girl said 'No maam, no interview'

Of course now I don't care, but honestly do they play games all day there or what? Totally incompetent.

looks straight forward enough.....1 question....why do they tell me about the electronic forms DS-156 when those are the ones they had me send back with the checklist? Odd - I have photocopies regardless.

I believe that the P4 letter includes those DS-156 instructions because there are still people out there who had the old P3 checklist that did not require the electronic forms.

neither our packet 3 instruction nor the packet 4 instruction said we required an electronic DS-156. had it not been for VJ we would have been clueless

i cant recall from minute to minute who I knew had interviews......so if i havent said it already , Congrats Udella and Wiz

I think I am kind of in shock that I actually have a date. While I am excited, it doesn't seem real that I will be going to Montreal in October. I'd better start planning my trip!

You come with me to my interview, have a dry run. That way you know where it is and everything.

hmmm strange I wrote MTL 3 days ago , as to the status of my case still no mail from them ,

is there something goin on with MTL e mail now , does anyone know ?

They don't always answer their emails... I think I've had about 4-5 of mine over the past few months left unaswered.

I feel like my fiance and I are totally getting screwed with on our interview date. Back in April they said it's be 4 to 6 months then in June they said August or September. Then July they said September or October. Now they're saying October or November. Is it just me or does something not seem right here when other people are getting interview dates right and left? I am thinking of calling my congressman Monday.
