If he's anything like me, he doesn't want to take the plane because the plane is so expensive compared to Greyhound, even though Greyhound takes SOOO much longer. Almost all of my trips were done via Greyhound too. I am still reluctant to take the bus when I get my visa though so I am saving up for a flight, or hopefully somehow can get a ride over, even if just to the border. The border isn't really that far from where we live ;)

Yeah flying can be expensive. We visited each other about 10 times but since all we had were week-ends, or like 3-4 days, we were taking the plane everytime to be there in 2 hours from CHicago to Montreal. When I moved it got different though....had too much stuff  and he had this dream where he would knock on my door one day to steal me away  so he picked me up by car....16 hours wow

To everybody flying, taking the bus or driving soon, all have a safe travel and welcome to the US :)

Wow, if he planned to leave sooner I could have given him a ride in exchange for filling a tank of gas for me. I dont have any luggage space though but I could have dropped him off at Council Bluffs IA, which would have been a shorter greyhound trip for him to Kansas city.

so told her with a smile just a min plz, not even 20 sec later she was here again hello miss are you ready ? lol ,
