Super news!!!! Now have a good excuse for a beer!!

Yeah thats what I thought too , but got a lil paranoid and scared the eh yeah lets call her sweet girl DEBBY will smell the one beer behind the closed window in a month from now if i run into her like she did to Ron and Sharon , cose she must have a extraordinary nose to be able to smell alcohol that was consumed over 20 years ago , so nah not goin to take that chance but you guys can have one for me and Tony so chearssssssssssssssss

FREAKIN' EH!!! I HAVE AN INTERVIEW NOVEMBER 9TH, 9AM!!!

After seeing Lona's post that she had an interview, I thought I would email Montreal, asking if they had a date for me yet. I never did expect a response. 20 minutes later, they replied with a "yes, your interview is Nov. 9th, 9am. A letter was mailed to you 2 days ago.".

Needless to say, I spent the rest of my Friday night stunned. I couldn't function, and I'm still wiping drool from my chin.

I know there are people on here who sent their packets back way before me. I say keep emailing Montreal. When I emailed them, I said "I understand that there are people who have sent Packet 3's back for K-1 visas in July, and have been notified of an interview. Could you tell me if I also have an interview?".

I've got my fingers crossed for all of you!! Maybe we'll all see each other in Montreal in November.

shew... now that I have an interview, there is a whole new list of worries... like what if they don't approve me?!

and as far as worring about the aproval i wont worry about that cose I know if i start it will just drive me nuts for the next month meanwhile I got other stuff to think off , like start packing spend as much time as possible with the growen aliens ( my kids ) since they wont move with me ,

my thinking is why worry about something that you can avoid for the next few weeks when time comes then go with the flow stay cool stay your self stay calm and polite cose I bet those officers look double if you apear nervouse or scared , so I keep remindidng my self relax theyre people just like you and me I can fake a smile just like they can , so just smile and answer honestly

for everyone else who got put into the system beginning of aug , hope you get as lucky as we are and resive your super suprice soon too , good luck everyone Lona

I'm sorry to be such a pity pot, but what about those of us JUNE filers, sigh...I'll do what Mandi did and let MTL know I know of others....I really think they aren't even looking them up unless you push them, sigh.

Thanks Lona....I doubt they even bothered to look my case up the last 2 times I asked....they looked at their previous message to me, and repeated it...next email I'm telling them I know of July filers getting interviews!!

Just tried, and got the "they don't take phone calls" answer, so now I wait for a response to my email, which read:

"It's come to my attention that cases filed weeks after us in June, as well as July filers are now receiving interviews; we filed in early June. Have we received an interview?"

I'm at work and can't concentrate on a THING....tick, tock, tick, tock, refresh browser, tick tock tick tock, refresh browser......

after seeing that some of you guys are getting your interviews soon, I've emailed montreal to see how mine is. Hopefully it'll be just as soon as yours are. Now i wait, impatiently.
