so I went online and filled out all the info and pressed continue,,,it goes to a new page, fills in the info and then constantly just says "internet explore has stopped working"....i restarted the computer, made sure all my programs were up to date and tried again.. same thing... anyone else having difficulty with this? any suggestions

try another browser.. you can use google chrome if internet explorer wont work or mozilla firefox :)

Are you using Internet Explorer 9? If so, it's notorious with bugs. Try using a lower version of IE.
