I see it listed in the grey all the time, I guess they have polling to support that but I suspect, in the south, Blacks are not going to run to the poles in huge numbers and this is part of that.

Within 24 hours of the deadly attack, the CIA station chief in Libya reported to Washington that there were eyewitness reports that the attack was carried out by militants, officials told The Associated Press. But for days, the Obama administration blamed it on an out-of-control demonstration over an American-made video ridiculing Islam's Prophet Muhammad.

Or give each state the same number of votes, so that North Dakota counts the same as California.

We do that with Senators, why not with electoral votes.

Surely you are aware that we basically already do award electoral votes the way we do seats in the senate. Each state gets an electoral vote for each member of their house and senate delegations. It makes a voter in North Dakota have about 4 times the voting impact as one in California! So much for the idea of 'one man, one vote'!
