short explain......

im US citizen petitioning my wife and my baby separate I130's

i didnt make enough money so i need a co sponsor wich will be my cuisen.

now the questions///

ok my cousin has 2 kids wife and him. total 4.... plus. my wife. plus my baby that end on 6.... do i have to be counted on his i864????????

becaused in 2011 i had 3 dependients and me total 4. so we will be 10?????? or not. becused he is sponsoring only my girls????

also . i have a niece that its willing to help me but she only does 25,000 wich cover the requirement of 23,8xx for 3 persons.

or here come the above question.....my dependients have to be counted on her i864??

The joint sponsor only sponsors the intending immigrant(s), not the US petitioner. So his household of 4 plus your wife and daughter.

Filed I-130 via CSC in Feb 2008. Petition approved June 2008. Consular interview in Mexico, Oct 2008, visa denied, INA 212a6cii. We allege improper application of the law in this case.

2012, started over in Seoul: I-130 filed DCF on 7/2, I-130 approved 8/8, Medical at Yonsei Severance 11/20, IR1 appointment in November 2012.
