Hey there i just stumbled upon a post in reference to my post title, I submitted forms i-130 and i-485 and have since received the NOAs for both. I was unaware i could submit the i-765 the same time, Anyway i have it ready to be submitted, now do i have to pay the individual filing for the i-765 or is it waived since i have a pending i-485. Thanks in advance.

There is no fee for an I-765 filed concurrently with, or subsequent to, an I-485.

Simply enclose a copy of your I-485 NOA with your I-765 and that will serve as proof.

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.
