I have no Taxes for 2010 or 2011. I will have a job once I get back from my country in a month. Will this not allow me to sponsor my wife, since I don't have taxes. I will have a good paying job when I get back from my trip. My job said that they will type anything I need to show that I will make enough money to support my wife.

1. Create a timeline!

2. See number one' can't tell what stage your case is at.

3. Generally the requirements are to provide the last three years of taxes to prove were the petitioner has worked and if the taxes have been paid.

4. You will have to provide a reason of not having income for the past 3 years and they could ask how did you support yourself.

5. if your interview is not happening for another few months then you will have some time to collect a few pay stubs and possibly have a month of income in 2012.

6. If your parents support you still use them as a cosponcer or someone else' preferably a close blood relative with good income.
