If I lived in Egypt for more then 6 months, actually 1 year counting today.. I hear if your abroad where your submitting your I-30 and lived there more then 6 months, its basically faster, is this true?

I know you have to pay 420.00 for the I-30 petition, I keep reading AOS Billed and paid as well as IV billed and paid.. what are those fees? All in all how much are all the fees to get the visa approved with the whole interview, to basically fly my wife out of Egypt to the states.

Please fill in your information in order to received accurate advice. Reread the guides and requirements of what you are applying for, both on VJ and directly on USCIS. Have your spouse be involved and assist in proof reading.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
