Should I mention on the I 130 form that I am pregnant?

I recently submitted a I130 application for my husband and I am currently pregnant and the baby is due December this year inchallah.. So my question is would it help or hurt our case if I mention I am pregnant?

Not on the I-130 form, as you've already sent it in.

You'd need a space-time-continuum machine to make that happen.

you can always try for an expedite, start with telephone into uscis, talk with an ISO, inquire.

if you are given instructions over the phone, for intake on an expedite request, follow the instructions exactly.

They won't expedite for a normal pregnancy, only for emergencies and serious problems with the baby or yourself (which of course you don't want). I sent in information about my pregnancy during our CR1 process and inquired about expedition and this is what I was told. :)
