Interview and proving lack of intent question

Hey guys, I guess sooner or later the interview will be the next step. I just want to take this time before I find out when it will be, to ask a few questions.

Now I did come on VWP, and I did tell the truth at POE stating I never intended to immigrate or marry my now USC wife at the time, etc.

Thing is I am starting to get concerned if some questions are raised at the interview and how to "prepare" for them.

For example, I read a lot about that people who quit their jobs before coming to US puts a red flag, well I didn't exactly have a job to quit. So I am thinking that may cause a red flag. I've been off the grid, so to speak in my own country (England) for a while, not fully but pretty well. I haven't worked officially, if that makes any sense. IE. I dropped out of school and never got a job other than work for cash on a farm, for example, etc. No paper, no nothing. Also if they do some digging they'll find my credit report is pretty much empty, I don't have credit cards during my life, just some prepaid thing, or even a bank account etc. The only reason is because I lived a pretty damn solitary life and I didn't need all the things people use today. Good old cash got me through quite well.

Surely they can't use this against me as intent, like trying to say I was trying to run away from my "distanced" life in UK. Maybe I'm just being paranoid but hey rather be prepared for everything and not use it, than not be prepared and have to use it. What about family etc? My Mum, sis and sister in law all expected me to come back and when I didn't, they were very upset.

Alright, so just a summary question, how would I prepare regarding the lack of employment or financial ties to England at all? Sorry for long description etc.

You likely won't be asked about intent at the interview. If you do, tell the truth. It's very simple.

Thank you!!! This is a relief. I think they mainly want to probe into intent in regards to people from suspected countries. There isn't really many Brits that want to escape their country for a better life in the states :)
