I have seen zero suggestions in this thread from anyone that wants to make any rules for anyone regarding partners.. Just listing personal preferences and wondering out loud if the numbers given in the article are accurate. If anything it has been heavy on "live and let live".

What rules do you think anyone posting on this thread thread would make regarding the subject you are at that would make that would give you pause?

I suggest you check out the other post about gay marriage. There are quite a few on this board who sincerely believe that the people being talked about in this thread should have their rights denied to them because they're "gross". That's what my comment was referencing. I don't care what anybody likes or doesn't like. As long as their dislikes don't rule the lives of others, which is what some people support.

I don't think there is one post in this thread that even remotely suggests someones rights should be curtailed for being a gay. Only thing we said is we find two men making out repulsive but two women making out hot. That does not mean we want to discriminate against them only that we do not wish to see them making love.

I find someone having a bowel movement repulsive, I would find my parents making love repulsive, I find Joe Biden repulsive etc etc

Our kids do. Sergey has threatened to take away our car keys and make us come home at 10pm if we do not stop "doing it" in the car! He says we can't because "you are old!" Just because he caught us coming in at 3am almost naked. Hey, it was 3am and he was supposed to be sleeping! We didn't yell at him about THAT!

I'm brown, so I expect to be deported shortly. Hopefully it will be back to the UK, since at least I still have Leave to Remain there, and they have a wide variety of crisp flavours not available in this country.

What is it with this thread? We had it derailed in the perfect direction.. Then we get a big whine about people wanting to ban gays from anything when that was never close to being brought up and now this about being deported because of skin color.. Can't you find a thread where this is relevant?
