Even after sending in loads of evidence to prove there is a real relationship, the case was transferred to a local USCIS office.

Does this always mean USCIS wants an interview with the petitioner?

If so, what else to possible take if all possible evidence was already sent to USCIS?

Final question, how long before a decision is made?

Opinion/comments greatly appreciated. Thx.

You will go for the interview and all you need is your original documents you sent with I130. After the interview within the next week or two you will hear something. This is good news be happy the same just happened to me; Oct 3 did interview oct 4 got approved after having to wait 547 days.
