I129F for Cuban fiance APPROVED !!!!!!

After a long 211 days this is what we have been waiting for. Now what does the NVC need from me? And how long do i wait to call to the embassy in Cuba for the interview?

Congrats!

You should wait a week before calling NVC. You will need your case number from NVC (it starts with HAV) before scheduling the interview. Once you have that number you can schedule the interview per the instructions on the US Interests Section website. Don't be discouraged if they tell you that they haven't received the case folder yet-- keep calling. I think I was able to schedule the interview 2 weeks after I received my NOA2. Also, once you have the HAV#, your fiance in Cuba can call the Interests Section and schedule a time to pick up the packet (if he is in Havana). He doesn't really need to pick up the packet- as all the documents can be found online, but it doesn't hurt to have it.

To get the case number from NVC all you need is the receipt number on your NOA2. You don't have to pay anything. To schedule the interview, you will need to buy a PIN number (as described on the website of the US Ints. Sect.) for $11. To schedule the interview you will need the case number, his passport number, address and DOB.
