Yay finally got an interview for Dec 4 at 6:45 in the morning so happy... My question is this how long does it take for the email and the packet 4 to arrive? I found out about the interview because I called the nvc and they gave me a date

Not sure about the email. But have seen that a lot of people here in the DR never received their packet in the mail and had to go and pick it up from the embassy. You can do so 15 business days before your interview date. Best of luck to you both!

Yay finally got an interview for Dec 4 at 6:45 in the morning so happy... My question is this how long does it take for the email and the packet 4 to arrive? I found out about the interview because I called the nvc and they gave me a date

My interview date was Oct 3 and were still waiting for packet 4. That being said I call the Visa specialist on numerous occassion and their answer is that you have to wait exactly 15 days before interview and that includes weekeds. So basically Nov 19 you can request for a duplicate to be picked up. They usually have it ready 2 days later. Keep in mind that for the medical exam the latest you can get ur exam is 5 days before interview for adults and 8 days for children.
