yes its me Vicky.. Well we really dnt need a co sponsor but i juz wanted to make sure, juz to be safe.. They said here that I can use that form. Besides this is legally binding, more presidented.

The U.S. Embassy accepts joint sponsors on a case-by-case basis. It's a 50/50 gamble whether they will accept your joint sponsor.

If I were in your shoes, I would submit the petitioner's I-134 and the joint sponsor's I-864.

Also, the petitioner should attend the interview.

Hi thanks for the reply... what if the petitioner is not present, would it be a problem?
