I only made it to 98 for the Century Club. Anyone know what that means?

I don't think only having visited 98 out of 100 countries is anything to scoff at but why don't you just go visit two more!? :D

This may or may not be so weird, especially to those of you who are parents...

I still have every single one of my children's baby teeth that they've lost in a special pouch in my "memory box". My 2 oldest are now 23 and almost 18 but my youngest just turned 10 so I'm still collecting hehehe

I'd be pissed off at you if you were my mom. I guarantee I would've found those teeth, and then thought that you stole them and got the tooth fairy to give you the money, and then you only gave me a small portion of what the tooth fairy gave. That's me.

And yes that's kinda weird.

I have no ordinary fears...except for cockroaches.

I am petrified of them and all insects except for butterflies and ladybirds... to give you an idea of how petrified I am - well I nearly jumped out of the window on the 2nd floor of a building coz of an unmentionable. I refused to visit my dearest friends in Brisbane when I had gone to Oz coz unmentionables are all over the place... even seeing the word freaks me.

Paul and I met on the Bazaar on the 14th January (he joined my progressive rock forum that day)

July 3rd he flew to England to meet me

We fell in love while he drove all over the place coz I cannot read maps (we were supposed to go to Ingleton - but touched Darlington 4 times, Pierce Bridge 6 times, Scotch Corner twice and Bernard Castle twice and we never did make it to Ingleton)

It has been so long and so much has happened in between...

Arrived in Houston on October 29th 2006

Married 17th November 2006

Lost my father 8th January 2007 (all dates are a blur after this)

mmmm, let me think....

I am the oldest of 6 kids .... 4 brothers and one sister .... sister who is 10 is the youngest in the family... I was 21 when she was born...

I took two years of guitar lessons when I was a kid but I couldn't play you a tune now if I tried, I also took 3 years of organ lessons but never made it past level 2....

I make a strange noise when I sleep but nobody can describe to me what it sounds like, they say it kind of sounds like I am grinding my teeth or something

Growing up, we had a Sunday night meal was called "faspa" (not sure on the spelling) ... we had stuff like bread/buns, meat, cheeses etc... I would always make the same kind of sandwich.... I would take a bun and put mayo and jam on it and then layer the meat, cheese and mom's homemade pickles on it... yum, it was soo good

I went to a 3 different schools for Kindergarten, Grade 1 and Grade 2... thankfully, I got to stay in the same school from Grade 2 to Grade 9....

can't think of anymore at the moment

ooh, I just thought of another one...

In Grade 3 our class entered this competition.... it was for reciting poems.... we had to memorize and practice the poems for weeks.... we did two poems.... I remember one was about a hangnail or something.... anywho, our class came in second, I think... we got our picture in the local paper and everything, of course you can't really see me in the picture, just the top of my head :P

Speaking of being in the newspaper, when I was preschool aged I used to take ballet/tap/jazz classes. Well, for some reason they had our class in the paper. Although my face didn't make it in, they had a picture of my feet as I was sitting in that position where you put the soles of your feet together and spread your knees out. My mom put it in my scrap book-my little ballet slippers....awwww!!

I am a sucker for absolutely anything Hello Kitty-related (as Ewen can unfortunately attest to). The little kitty in my ticker is Chococat, another Sanrio character.

You'll want to go to Hong Kong one day Pax -- they have Hello Kitty credit cards, Hello Kitty vaccuum cleaners and, I kid you not, a Hello Kitty vibrator

This is fun!!

I found out a couple of years ago that the adult son who lived with our neighbors at our old house (mom and dad are still good friends with the neighbors) was on the state's sex offender registry. Never did find out why, but I was very shocked especially since I lived their for 12 years of my childhood and would sometimes go to their house to take care of their cat when they were away.

Oh that reminds me MissLiss, I knew a murderer :o

My ex boyfriends brother beat a guy in the head (was dating his ex girlfriend its believed) with a pipe until he was unconscious then burned his house down and he died from smoke inhalation

It shocked me as his brother was such a nice person. Its thought he got into some heavy drugs though which made him not think clearly.
