we had this family friend that claimed he went to school with Michael J Fox...

I met him one night when my girlfriends and I were cruising around on a Friday night. We'd stopped at a Burger King parking lot to figure out where we wanted to go next and this guy comes up and says he has MJF with him and they need a ride. We didn't believe him until MJF staggered up to the car, drunk out of his mind.

We gave them a ride, I got a hug (and sat beside him in the back seat...oooh....pitter patter my teen heart!), my friend driving got a kiss on the cheek and he gave us US$100 for gas.

Then we did that stupid thing teenage girls do. Dropped him off, left, then stupidly went back and hung around outside, wanting to go in but scared to. When they started looking at us through the windows of the house we hightailed it out of there.

I was much more cool when I met Sarah McLachlan last year. *cough* ;)

speaking of famous people.... I have seen two famous people at the Vancouver airport.... once a few years ago I was sitting and waiting to pick up someone when I saw this group of people walk quickly by and "I was like wait a minute I recognize that guy" It was Tom Wopat from Dukes of Hazzard....

and last year early in the morning after dropping my hubby off at the luggage check-in I was walking back to the escalators when I saw this guy step off the escalator, he was all by himself but I recognized him immediately... it was Colin Mochrie ... he passed within a foot or two of me but I didn't say anything to him

I was a contestant on a game show called 'Lets Make a Deal'. Was fancy dress and I was 'a curly headed, web footed bird, going to a masquerade ball'. When selected from the audience, I fell down the stairs....on national television

I worked as a receptionist for about 3 months in a brothel a couple of years ago.

Oh! That reminds me of something else! Our neighbor about 2 miles down the road is none other than "Cooter" aka Ben Jones who was the mechanic who took care of The General Lee and kept it in fine running condition. My hubby and him are 2 good ole boys....lol. I have a few pics to share...this one was taken about 2 years ago of my daughter Alli sitting beside Ben with a mouth full of chocolate from a candy bar he'd given her hahaha

And this is one of me in Cooter's garage sitting in The General Lee :P

Everything makes me cry, books, songs, movies, commercials. I cry when I'm really sad, angry, happy, any intense emotion. :crying:

I don't like to be naked. The only time I'm naked is when I'm in the shower or ummm.... in bed but not sleeping. Then after we're finished, I have to put clothes (at least a tank top and panties) back on or I can't sleep.

I love my car even though it's a 14 year old piece. The seat covers, steering wheel covers, armor-all, antenna balls, air fresheners, etc that I've bought for it in the past 3 years since I inherited it are probably worth 10x more than the car itself. I drive REALLY fast and always wish I could be a race car driver, especially cross-country. I've got a custom bumper sticker on my car that says 'Danny's Girl' and has a union jack in the shape of a heart. :P

I have a lot of the same as others so I am gonna skip those and try for original ones

- My father was a drummer when I was growing up and I spent the first few years of my life on the road. He isn't famous, but he knows some famous people that I have gotten to meet.

- I can't sleep without a sheet or a blanket covering my stomach. I can be completely uncovered everywhere else as long as about 1 inch both below and above my navel are covered.

- I received a 1 (highest rating) in Solo Ensemble Contest my senior year singing a song in german even though I sang the verses in reverse order.

- My dad was planning to go to Cali after my birth to try and be famous, but when he first held me he said he couldn't leave his little angel. That was when my parents decided to name me Angel. :innocent:
