I did the same exact thing, what I did was gathered everything and put my recipt number on every single document. I also included a heart felt letter (lol) to please include these missing documents with my application. I knew there was a chance that they wouldnt match up my application with the rest of the things, but I was lucky and got my noa2 sept 11. So dont listen to the people acting like all hope is lost. I would advise you though to just reapply now since your early in the stage. I noticed my mistake 4 months after waiting, and I couldnt bear the thought of starting all over after all that time.

Alright..Thank you! Did u had the same case or you knew someone who did the same?..thanks for the positive advise..I got devastated but after reading your post somehow gave me a chance..:)

I know someone who successfully sent in the documents and had their case approved... but like I said, just as many don't.

My fiance has his interview in nov. Again just think it through though how you want to handle your situation cause I know I was very lucky, your still at risk for a denial if you send the rest of your stuff now. Yes you can ask me anything

Thank you! I have to talk this over to my fiancé on what we can do. I was thinking about canceling the application and then filing for anew one before we get that denial letter but we have to pay for another 340 USD. Are there lots who tried to resubmit their application but still got denied?do you have an email or Skype queenE if I may ask you?thank you..

You probably should just do a search on VJ for topics in this and maybe you can get an estimate in your luck. I don't think anyone else can really give you an estimate on how many people ir likely chance of this working. I remember reading two topics on this with a denial in the past year. I personally think its a 50/50 chance so the best thing to do is talk to your fiancé.

Hi jay-Kay! Thanks for help and reply..should we wait till we get the denial letter or we can call and cancel and re-apply again?would this denial another basis for succeeding denials in the future? I very muh appreciate your response..

Your fiance could send in a letter withdrawing the petition after you receive your NOA1 receipt notice. Then just send in a new petition with everything that is needed. However, I forgot about QueenE's extra documents actually getting linked up with their I-129F form which resulted in an approval. You could try that instead. Just know it is not a given that your documents will match up with your petition and you could be waiting months and still lose your money and get denied. I will hope that you also get lucky and your documents get matched up and an approval comes your way so you do not need to pay the fee and wait more than once. Good luck!

He actually left all the readings to me because of his too tied up with work. Thanks for your response..I again wants to ask if we should just wait for the denial letter from them or we can call and cancel since we knew it would be denied and then re-apply again?would this be a basis for succeeding denial in the future?thanks a lot!

This process is lots easier if both parties are involved, know the process and can check each others work. Pay particular attention to the issues faced by others where you live and your forum. Read and reread everything compare what is on VJ and USCIS as it goes for instructions, follow the guides and you should stay on track. Sorry you have had a slow start and good luck.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

I did this also and it took 5 months to get the denial letter.

If your fiance is too busy now to do a little research, wait until he has to gather up all this info and submit it. You can't do that for him. I can't believe he left this all up to you. He is the one petitioning for you. How are you going to read everything on this site and then explain it all to him and tell him what to do? He should just do the research himself. I am busy with work also, but I am still able to do all this. It's not like it has to all be done in one day, in fact it took me a few weeks. Seems like if it is important enough for him, he will find/make the time to do it.
