A couple of months ago we submitted a 129-F application and recieved a NOAH1 . However since then we have decided to just stay put here in Australia....my fin fiancee and I just have to good of jobs to leave. Plus of course Australia is a nice place to live as well.

So do I need to notify at the USCIS? and if so, how do I go about doing that. I just want to make sure that my spouse or soon to be wont have any troubles on continting to take trips to the USA.

thanks, Mel
