Hi everyone... I have been reading so many awesome journey stories... it makes me smile to see people able to bring their loved ones home... and for those who are still in process...

my prayers are with you all... my husband has been here since May 1 and is now working... it has been a great adjustment for him and me because we were separated for so long...

but we are so happy to be together. Now that he is here and settled... I would like to bring my brother in law back over here. He was here a couple years ago on a contract visa... and

when it ran out he went back home to Jordan. He has a SS number... can you tell me what I need to do to bring him back over here? Thank you so much... and God's blessings to

you all!! :luv:

There is no quick path, the only path for him through you is for your husband to get his citizenship then apply but that is a 3 year wait to be a USC and a 10+ year wait for the sibling petition. The only other path is for you to help find a nice woman to introduce him to.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

The other answers are correct. The only way you can help is if he wins the Diversity Visa lottery and you provide an affidavit of support, or by helping him job search for another work visa.
