I'm almost positive that mari3425 received their biometrics notice and *not* the interview letter. Their post mentioned receiving an "ASC appointment letter" - ASC is "Application Support Center" which as far as I know, only offer fingerprinting services for biometrics. ASCs don't provide any information about cases and you can't file anything at an ASC. Newbie,after bio, nothing else. Still nothing on 765. Called was told, glitch in system although i'm able to see 465? anyone else with this prob?

Did you call them? I called a month ago bcaz it was saying # were incorrect....almost fainted..,anyways after called and spoke with L2O,465 was up in mins, she also told me 765 would be up soon just a glitch...but still nada...for 765. Called 2day same thing...young man was nice though said everything was going ok and 2 wait just under 2months....so I guess i'll just wait.

Mailed AOS package (adjusting from K1) on 10/29/12 via certfied priority mail to Chicago PO BOX

10/30/12 Delivered at Chicago Lockbox

Nov 1 - Nov 14 at 9:02 PM No status whatsoever

Nov 14 at 9:03 PM Central time - SMS and emails received with only 2 MSC numbers

Obviously there should have been a third. Hoping its not a RFE for I485

Now waiting for hard copy NOA's in mail and Biometrics letter. As we wait and wait and wait while the USCIS adjudicates....

Our cases have never showed up in the online system. I called about 2 weeks ago and the lady told me that more times than not the cases never make it into the online system and when they do, it's not very reliable. Basically there's far more instances when it's unreliable than when it is. Just have to wait for the text/email notifications and of course the hard copies via snail mail.... Ugh

That is what I have been hearing. I have seen some varied stories on the issue here and other places. I know...waiting for me is like a needle pricking me at every turn (lol) Anyways,we have similar timeline for AOS... as a matter of fact the email notification and date I got my bio is about the same (I did early walkin though...lot of good that did me, since I still waiting for "word")...is your case at nbc?

i called the 800 # on the NOA1 letter this morning and talk to a level 2 operator and was told to wait 30-45 days for it to be online.....conflicting answers all over but i dont care, as long as my documents are being processed (would be good to know still)

Be patient, it took exactly one week for us to have the check cashed from the day the package was delivered. Still no NOA1 but I got my biometrics done today... ehh the bureaucracy

Your timeline isn't showing up in your signature. Where is your local office? Ours is Los Angeles, unfortunately. As far as I know our case is still where we sent it (Chicago). We haven't heard a peep since biometrics on Oct 30th. We have tickets booked to fly to Denmark for the holidays on Dec 14th and it's anyone's guess whether or not my husband will get his EAD/AP by then. I'm praying and crossing fingers that he does!!!

You need to bring the hard copy biometrics letter you received and government issued photo identification. You will not have an interview on the day of your biometrics, you will only have your finger prints and photo taken. It's really fast.
