Congratulations everyone! Lol, where's my approval??? Talked to a rep and was told a service request will be put in on June 27th. Not sure if tier1 or tier2, just the first rep to answer the phone, no transfer to another rep, so thinking tier1. Waiting, wainting, waiting....

Yea, just put in the service request. They said in 15-30 days we should hear something.

LongRX7 it's coming but make sure to do that service request. We put ours in June 29, got notice July 6, card producted July 10 and mailed today! Woohoo!

Congratulations to you two in Indy ! We are in Chicago and now past the 15 day mark of the service request. When I called them back, they said please wait another 30 days before trying to schedule a InfoPass.

I called Senator Kirk's office and the case worker found out our case is in transit to the Chicago field office. She said she will follow up with the field office in 2 weeks

Yes - no interview - they sent us notice that the card was in production before we got notice it was approved! Then the card came very quickly after that - 7/10 to 7/15. We put in the service request 6/29 and got notice they were doing something 7/6. Almost 9 months - but we are happy to have it! They sent it from Missouri.

Oh, I wasn't sure where it would come from though because they checked the processing times at my local office and that is what got things moving because they were processing 11/15 and our I-485 was accepted 10/31 though I mailed it in earlier in the month. But the envelope containing the Green Card and paperwork was sent from Missouri.

Does anyone else here have a case at the Baltimore field office? The website says they're processing I-485s with an October 6 filing date, but it also says the info was last updated in April. Not very helpful.

Hi Folks! I would assume many of us are still waiting for our Green Card to be approved. Has anyone who filed in early October been approved yet? My case has stayed at NBC and my filing date is October 19, 2012.

i sent an Email to the uscis filling service request.and i got an Email back.it says

On July 09, 2013, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your, I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Your application was recently received at this field office and will be processed in the order received. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your application.

i live in Georgia and i filed from Georgia.so what ROYCROFT DRIVE
DURHAM,NC office has to do with my case?its a different state than mine.

any idea Guys?thank you for your responce
