ajacks, we are in the same boat - from reading what was online it looks like my case went to NBC but when they looked it up they looked up Indianapolis processing times - so I don't know exactly where our file is either but I'm thinking maybe they are sending them to the locals if they are out of the time line... i don't know what tier I was speaking to but likely 1 since it was the lady who answered the phone. I am just hopeful since some other folks have had good luck after they got through and had a ticket opened to look into it.

Congratulations to those who have recently received approvals!!! I was an NBCer but I know that my file was at the local office based on the person who called me. I would say that even if you're at NBC, file a service request if your local office shows a processing date after your NOA1 date.

Best of luck to everyone!

Thanks OD... It's been a while since I was here last... but I was checking in on others peoples times today and this post was helpful. I guess things don't happen until you call and shake things loose.

Oct 17 for us btw...

We just received my guy's green card in the mail as well (congratulations djricky4!) and question 8 is very interesting - we received our green card almost exactly 8 months after sending in the AOS packet.

Anyone who is an NBCer and who has been waiting longer than 8 months should file a service request! :)
