Just scheduled InfoPass appointment wit DAL immigration officer...People on the phone don't know s#¥t...I can read case status online-don't need them to repeat it to me verbatim...hopefully I'll find out more what the holdup is...this is just insanely frustrating

I called last night and they entered a claim for me as well since Indianapolis local was also processing 11/15/12 and our fee was accepted 10/31/12. I was also told to wait 15 days and then check back

nothing here. this is fustrating. people filed long after us getting green card in 2-3 months. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. we all sent the same paper works

I think it is hard to tell and depends on the center processing it. I keep checking my local's dates that they are processing and it had not moved in over a week on one date so I don't know if it is accurate or they are just not updating it often. sleepy.gif

USCIS received on October 9, 2012 here, If I would have know it would taken this long, I would have applied for AP also, instead of just EAD. My local field office processing date is currently Oct 09, 2012. Supposedly they update that around the middle of the month, 15th...hopefully will hear something one of these months. Good luck to all of us :)

Is it correct that you can file the EAD/AP renewal beginning 120 days prior to the expiration date ? If the time is 10 months to approval for those of us who are interview waveable, I am guessing Sep 2013 or after for adjudication. Boo. sad.png

Sigh... It's just frustrating to read about people who sent their AOS paper work in January and have been approved already. Granted they had an interview, at this point I'll take an interview if it meant our process would go faster.

Sigh... It's just frustrating to read about people who sent their AOS paper work in January and have been approved already. Granted they had an interview, at this point I'll take an interview if it meant our process would go faster.

Definitely frustrating. I know of someone who applied the same time as we did. They were selected for an interview, and we were not. I just saw that she was approved a few days ago. I'm very happy for her, but I wish that the rest of us October filers could catch up :(

I know someone else who applied same time we did and had their interview months ago and were approved and yet we haven't heard a peep. My local still hasn't updated from February 28 they were processing October 11. I'm not even sure who to call if I should call at this point. Guess I'll give it a bit more time, but yes - it is VERY frustrating having gone through all the paperwork, paid the fees, and then here we sit... wait... wait... wait... wait... wait... cray5ol.gifClockWatch2.gifsleepy.gifClockWatch2.gifwow.gif I am happy for those approved too, I just want us to get past this hurdle so we can move on to the next....
