Went in for my wife's AOS interview today, approved on the spot. The whole interview process was very painless. We go in, and sworn in, and the interviewer basically went through the application form with us, and those are the only questions she asked.

The only things we submitted during the interview was our bank statement, and pictures.

Or since we've been waiting this long without hearing anything, could we be part of the group that gets approved with no interview? That's what I'm thinking...

Hi guys.. I have had my interview held today. The interviewer said I am approved but didn't give any welcome letter. I feel strange.. does anyone had same experience?

1st Congrats...You are approved if you weren't they would have said so I believe. In addition, you get an approval letter after the interview (usually) if you are approved the welcome letter comes later in the mail.

So you are great, unless they told you something else?

Thanks for letting us know - so you're looking at May at the latest, which means October filers can realistically expect to hear back in June. I'll probably call in May if I haven't heard anything.
