For Pakistan? I'm asking, since a few countries have different time of processing that the most.

According to visa bulletin the cases with priority dates 22MAR01 will become current in November (tho for China it will be 15MAR01, for India 22MAR01, for Mexico 08JUL96 and for Philippines 01MAR89).

So I guess you have approximately 2.5 years of waiting.
