I-130 approved by USCIS

AOS fees paid on line

AOS,I-864 form sent

All civil supporting documents sent

Agent of choice DS-3032 sent

IV fees not sent yet cause i did not get any instructions to do so yet.

when going to NVC web.site still i do not have access to pay.

that small window where we tick to pay is closed.

do we use the same invoice no. that i received for AOS fees?

shall i wait for further instructions to get access for payment of iv fees?

do i have to worry.

Can any one Help please.

The IV fee has not been invoiced, therefore, the payment portal is not available. Once the IV fee has been invoiced, it is then you can pay the fee.

hey once ur ds3032 will be accepted ...ur iv fee will be invoice...its same portal like aos fee...u have to wait untill ur ds3032 nwill be accepted..

I emailed the DS-230 after the IV payment went through, which takes about 2 days depending on the bank.

I waited about two weeks from the date I sent DS-230. I might have delayed the process a few days because I had to send a second email (some documents I had missed in the first IV package).

I am doing EP and I am not sure whether my experience applies to you.
