NVC completed today, when I will receive the interview/medical appointment?

Hi everyone there! I was informed 5 minutes ago that my case was closed today (CR-1), can anyone tell me when I will have the appointment for the interview and the medical appointments? My husband lives in Chile, I was told they only schedule after the 15th every month, is it true? THANKS in advanced.

The NVC SAYS they only schedule interviews the 2nd week of each month, but this is not true. They schedule all month long. The NVC schedules interviews as and when available at each specific embassy. It is also my understanding that you'll need your case number and interview date in order to get your medical, but those rules may be different depending on which embassy you're going through. Have a look on your embassy's website to see what the requirements are for scheduling your medical.

Congrats on your case complete though! Not long now! :)
