When the I-130 is approved, does some of the paperwork get sent overseas to my husband or will all forms be completed here in the U.S by me? It's a bit confusing when reading the steps to determine how this is done. I realize the AOS will come to the U.S citizen but the Choice of Agent form and Visa application goes where?
