TIME PERIOD FOR CR1 Fiance or Spouse Visa

Salamz .

Dear i m very confused and disturbed .

i fillled my case i-130 immigrant i was married on 9 feb 2011 .

then my wife forward the case to USCIS then NVC .

Then i interviewed on 27 jan 2012 .

then the given my blue slip of administrative process and requested me to give more document eg wedding photograph and video and chat log .

i submitted every thing and they hold my passport on the day of interview

now its been around more then 8 months i didnt got my passport or visa .

when ever i call to embassy or DOS they tell me the same ur case is still in administrative process .

can any one tell me the maximum time period of this administrative process .

or is there any one who is suffering the same .

So plzzz let me know
