Hi guys, hope everyone is doing well....

I have a few quick questions because i need a better understanding.

NVC has my paper work for my wifes sponsorship.

I have paid the ds-230 fees and I called them to get a better understanding of what is needed next. They told me that we would need to submit the birth certs, police reports and the marriage cert.

I have submitted the birth cert and and the marriage cert in the pack that i sent the uscis. They at the time sent me a ref cause it was a court marraige cert, so per their guide lines I submitted the affidavtes they asked for and approved and sent to nvc. Now do I have submit both birth certs for me and my wife or just her? Also do i need to resend all the affidavtes that I sent to the uscis to the nvc since they are stating that they dont see anything on file and that it may be in case folder but they could not tell me anything.

me and my wife were married under a temple wedding i had to submit a letter of this to the uscis before they would approve so do I send all those documents again?

Any guidence would be greatly appreciated...

Thank you for getting back to me. So at this stage will they accept the affidavets that i have submitted and my letter regarding the marriage cert and why it was the marriage was not registered in court? Long story short when we tried to register marriage I was told that since I am not a indian resident we cant and I sent a letter explaining that to the uscis and they approved my paper work on the baises of that letter with the affidavets. Will the nvc accpet these also?
