What would be the approx processing time from Port of Entry in US to AOS interview if you filing in New Jersey.? What office we need to send applications for AOS, EP and AP.?

Can someone please help with the approx time at each step in process.?

Timeline between POE and AOS interview is irrelevant because your AOS interview date doesn't depend of when you'll enter the US, but when you'll apply for AOS. It's not done automatically. I see that you are a K-1, so first after POE, you need to get married, and then apply for AOS based on your marriage to a US citizen.

Now that this is corrected, timeline between the time you send your AOS application until your AOS interview is highly variable. It can be a few months as it can be a year. Plus, as a K-1, there's a chance that you might not have an interview at your local USCIS office. Your case will be adjudicated either at the National Benefits Center (no interview), or at your local office after an interview. You can't know where your case will be likely sent.

Concerning your second question, all 3 applications (AOS, EAD, AP) have to be sent to the Chicago lockbox. Read the USCIS instructions for more details, they are pretty clear on it. :)
