We have the greencard and are planning a trip outside of the US. When we leave the US, is there anything we have to do with the orginial white I94 card that my husband had stapled into his passport when he came on the K3?

When you are a LPR, you don't have to do anything with the Vist kiosks that they have at the airport do you? Those are only for visitors i thought.

Thanks,

Some people remove the I-94 card and file it in a scrap book, if you went to an AOS interview sometimes the Officer there will take and keep the card.

Correct, status has changed from a non-immigrant visitor to a Legal Permanent Resident. Depending on what country you visit you may need to get a visitors visa to visit that country. Example: I can visit the UK and Europe on the Visa Waiver Program, but my future wife from China will need to get a visitor's visa to travel there even after getting a green card from the USA.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Usually at the interview they take the I94 out of the passport. If they didn't, you can take it out and put it whereever you think appropriate.

When returning to the US, all you'll need is the regular customs declaration form to tell Customs that you're not smuggling in any exotic lizards or fruit. ;)

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!
