How long are you responsible after you have filed an affidavit of support. I was previously married and divorced so for my

fiances K1 visa I need to file a I-134 do I still put down that I had previously filed an Affidavit of support for my ex-husband? this was over 14 years ago.

Thanks for any info.

Is the ex now a US citizen, or has he worked full time continuously for at least ten years? If so you are off the hook in terms of counting household size, but I believe there is a space on the form where you need to list all previously sponsored immigrants, and he'd still need to be listed there.
