I was reading this post outside VJ, the writer said she had to come back a SECOND day for her immunizations, is this normal?

Anyone already or recently done their St. Lukes? Did you get it all done in one day or did you have to do two days?

It takes two days for most people. The immunizations are on the second day.

If St. Lukes is having a slow day, it's possible to get done in one day. If you want to try to get done in one day, go in early on a Wednesday or a Thursday.

2 day medical at St. Luke's is normal. I just had my medical last Sept. 19 & I need to go back on the 2nd day for the result & my vaccine shots. For some reasons, some get it done in 1 day probably St. Luke's do this for those who were there as early as 3am or they just do it for the first 10 who were there early. I was there 5am and done around 2pm then went back the following day. My receipt was stamped to back the following day at 9am but i was already there 8am (2nd day) & they will already start vaccination even before the said time :) good luck!

I arrived 4am yesterday and fhere were 10 people in front of me. Good thing I pre-registered online so I got number3. Was done for the first half of med exam by 1015am. The nurse at checkout counter told me to take my lunch and come back 130pm. I was back 1pm and asked same nurse on update. Good thing I was told to go 2nd floor for immunizations. Others before me were advised to go 4th floor for sputum instructions (I guess). After 30 minutes wait I got 2 shots, 1 on each arm. Then off to ground floor to wait for results - CD of chest X-ray and vaccination record. I was out of st.lukes by 430 pm. Yehey!

Yah... That's normal... I got it all done in one day, I came as early as 3am but the line was long already or I guess because it's monday when I went to St. Lukes? You just have to be attentive and you have to move quickly coz although theres a line outside but once you go inside the clinic it will be different so you have to move quick if you want to get done in one day and prepare all the necessary docs that you need before going to st. Lukes and don't forget to bring something that will entertain you like your ipad, ipod etc. or even a book coz I waited like 3-4 hrs i think before I got my cd and my immunization paper. So good luck!:)

If you get to St Luke a bit later in the day and they had to do comprehensive physical exam on you then you might have to come back the following day for immunization.

Good luck!
