My husband and I have been together for almost 3 years and just married this year. I started the paper work 8/24/2012. So far it was sent to MO for background check and is now back in VSC. I have everything put together for my I864 and am just waiting to hear from them. We are trying to get all of the things he will need for his interview together as it takes so long to get things delivered and I am having difficulty getting my own phone record for my landline phone. DigiCel only goes back 3 months on his end and we need 3 years. I did not ever think I would need to "keep track" of my calls or my relationship with him, didn't expect to fall in love and be married but here we are. Has anyone had any luck with phone records and how long has your process seemed to take?

Are you sure you are going for a K3 visa? It's obsolete and usually closed at NVC stage; if you are preparing the I=864, you are going for a CR-1 spousal visa, not the K3.
