Good luck trying to call the USEM. I have heard that it can be tough getting someone to answer the phone. I was able to accomplish all of my correspondence by email.

you can also try calling the Immigrant Visa (IV) inquiry line at 011 (632) 301-2000, extension 5184 or 5185. The IV Unit handles K Visas.

He's posted in another thread about receiving a MNL-IV-22. don't know if you get the same info from call center as Embassy's IV Unit inquiry line.

Yup, I've never bothered calling them. I've been emailing, although it takes about 2-3 days to reply I get the answers I needed.
