I have read some contradicting information in this forum about sending the DS-3032 form. Some have recommended to just email from the beneficiary's email account but some posts have also recommended to email first and then mail the papercopy as well. I would preciate any input from those who have gone through this process.

It doesn't hurt to send both email and hard copy. I only sent email and it worked.

Service Center : California Service Center (CSC)

I emailed in the DS3032 and did not send in a paper copy I didnt have any issue. I printed it out and then signed it and scanned a copy of it and email it back from my husbands email address. No issues at all!

I am the beneficiary. All I did was to email the DS-3032 Choice of Agent from my email account and it worked for me, even though I was skeptical at first. You do not need to send both: send either. But I would advise you use the email option. It is faster, it works and it is not in anyway detrimental. Furthermore, you will receive an auto-generated response immediately you send the email. This serves to assure you that it has been received by the NVC while you await a further email confirming the choice of agent has been accepted.

We only emailed the DS-3032 from my husband's email account. Didn't send a paper copy and didn't print any hard copy evidence whatsoever. We got our DS-3032 acceptance email about a week later. See my timeline below. Good luck! :)

07/10: Met online, began exchanging emails, texts, and Skype
10/22/10: First time meeting in person!

03/17/12: Officially engaged in London!!

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
