I changed my address online today with USCIS for my petition, since I recently moved with my grandmother to help out after my grandfather's passing. I'm still awaiting the NOA2, is there anything I need to do about the intended address for alien part of the i129f? We will both be moving to this address but it is a different address than on the form they already have now.

I would do two things;

You've done the right thing, change your address on the USCIS website.

I would call them the next day and confirm everything is in order (for your peace of mind), their number is 1-800-375-5283.

Good Luck to you kicking.gif

Thank you! I went ahead and called just to ask about the intended address for alien fiancé part. They told me to mail a short letter explaining we both intend on living there. She said changing address typically puts delay to the process :(

Ive seen other posts saying it shouldn't delay for change of address or would be minor... will it delay it? If so how much? It's already hard for us to be apart but I just want everything to be right so she can be here.

the NOA-2 is NOT needed for GUZ IV processing,

but it IS NEEDED for the Adjustment of Status casefile,

so - plan accordingly.

I say, after 3 weeks of the approval (you know this by calling in or by checking uscis online portal)

call in, get a Human, then ask for an ISO

and ask for 'returned mail pieces'

then go over the RIGHT ADDRESS again with the ISO,

and the ISO will see to it that the returned mail pieces are sent back to the RIGHT address.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
