So would you suggest addressing these when you first submit the K-3 form?

Definitely. Any answer that you want to elaborate on, or if you have additional comments, can be covered in a supplement sheet. There are instructions for how to properly label the sheet and what is on it.

I had some red flags and I addressed each of them specifically in the supplement. Our case flew through with no questions. They did ask Abdel about some of them in the interview, and he was prepared to answer them since he had a complete copy of what they had, and we had also discussed our pasts in our conversations.

There is only 4 yrs between my husband and I and I have a hard enough time with that. If I were say in my 40s-50s..I'd feel sick being involved with a man in his 20s-30s. I'm 32 so if I got involved with a man (or should I say boy) 20 yrs younger I'd be in jail. Hell if I got involved with a man 10 yrs younger I'd feel like a pedophile. But that's just me. I've always preferred my men to be older. I think that's why I have such an issue with age. I don't look my age so younger men tend to be attracted to me. I look about 25..or so I'm told. My husband looks my age or older than me. Most of the time he acts older than me. That does make me more comfortable with the age difference.

Well My husband is about 9 1/2 years older than me. When we were first introduced I said no way because of this. I had a max of 6 years older and 2 years younger. But I ended up going on a date with one guy who was 8 years older and decided that age was really just a number and it's about what the person is like and how you get along. My husband is the oldest guy I have ever dated. Then there was the guy who was 8 years older and a guy that was 6 years older. The youngest guy I ever dater was about a year and a half younger than me. I think there is a difference with age until you are 19 or 20, but when you get to be between 21 and 26, you start to think more about the future and don't look so intently at the age difference. You start looking at maturity and responsibility and stability. (Well, at least I think you should.)

Even if I wasn't married, I would probably still look for a guy who is at least 4-10 years older than me. I prefer to be the young one of the relationship. Also whenever I have dated someone within a year or two of my age, it's always gone bad. The guy was normally too immature and wanted to party to much. Alhumdoulilah, I don't have to worry about that anymore!

But in all actuality, I don't have a problem with others dating someone who is 20 years older/younger than them. It's their decision and their lives. I have no say.

Also, if you want to get into conversations outside of this forum, this could really get interesting. Is that where you want to go Liz?

I quit your group because I got tired of you and one of your friends attacking for everything I said that you didn't agree with, remember? Is that why you're having to come here to attack me now?

Sorry, I refuse to play your game any more.

Liz why on earth would you bring a yahoo group up in this conversation? What you read in there stays there you don't bring it to Visajourney that's a big no no. You said people attacked you in there? Looks like it's carrying over now isn't it? I think it's funny to read your posts you like to think you're such an intellectual person but luckily I am not buying into it. I might put you on ignore also as I feel like I have actually become more stupid from reading your posts and analysis of things that are just totally rediculous.

Once again, yahoo groups are not to be discussed here if you are only wanted to insult people from them. Jumping around trying to find people who like to read what you say is going to be a challenge for you and I with you good luck with that.

I did not know there was a VJ rule about not quoting from other places..... where is this rule written?

Kezzie

I am actually trying to help Liz out here because if anyone here read what she has written in the past in other groups they might fall ill and barf out their guts immediately. I think she would be rather embarassed if people here who know her from other groups start sharing. :star:

so its not a VJ rule.... it just one you made up...

Kezzie

I guess we'd have to ask Ewok about that. If not, let the fun begin!

well as most of us post thing taken from othe sites I cant see how you could have a rule that says you cant quote from other sites or groups.... there is not a day goes by where but we read quotes from other visa sites and yahoo groups and USCIS website... but yeh its not a good idea to post quotes from somewhere else that you now are going to cause trouble and she should not do that..

Charles posted this earlier:

Post any information obtained or originally transmitted in confidence or with the implied belief that the message was to be kept in confidence without the express permission of the original author of the communication. Additionally any direct communication (with the exception of publicly viewable Posts on the discussion forums) between administrators or moderators and a member are strictly prohibited from being Posted to the discussion forums or retransmitted in any way.

It doesn't specify restrictions relating to where information transmitted in confidence took place. However, I don't think Ewok should have to get ivolved in monitoring this type of stuff, and respect to this forum would be to not bring things here that you agreed to keep in confidence.

You can post from other "places" but you cannot bring into the discussion here anything from the outside that was shared with the expectation of confidentiality.

How can one claim God cares to judge a fornicator over judging a lying, conniving bully? I guess you would if you are the lying, conniving bully.

yahoo groups are not all public. ;)

i agree that anything said on a yahoo forum, whether private group or public group, is not private/confidential as such can be read by other members on that board.

And this one not only isn't public but has a privacy agreement amongst the members.
