Hi are there anymore June 2012 California Center K-1 Filers left in here waiting for their NOA 2 ? I am very intrigued to know why we've been jumped over in this process ??? I look at the timelines over here and people with a filing date of 17 July 2012 have got their NOA2 in the last days   I also look at the timelines and see that some others who filed in May or April at CSC still haven't got an answer ? This is so not fair . I looked online and they havent even looked at our case yet since the last update there is from 25 June 2012 :bonk::blink: . So that really makes me wonder and think they lost our petition or something . Called the USCIS help phone line and they told me that there is nothing they can do till 5 months pass . Ok no biggie . Why is it they put other cases in front of others that is what bothers me . Anyone with an answer or similar situation ? :help:

Oh my :( we've been jumped over with no answer that's my only thought ? Makes me wonder how is it possible they answer people ahead before even giving an RfE god forbidds to the cases before and how is possible to jump over cases without giving an answer ???? It makes no sense and it's totally confusing :hehe: .

If they have something to do they should do it in the right order not otherwise .

We are fillers from June 4th, and they "jumped" over our case too...

I have traveled to US a lot, and spent many hours at their secondary inspection little booth, and I have seen officers come in, and pick through a pile of files, not at all paying attention at who came in first...they would make faces while going through the pile, like, oh i don't like this name, or this passport, or this picture...they were ignorant at the fact that we are seeing our passports, and that we know they are picking other cases before, but that did not bother them, all they would do is give us dirty looks like, hey, just say a word, and you'll be on a plane back home..

so...they might be working on our current cases like that too...

I just read your post in another topic...and I think that is terrible how they are treating your case.

Im a february filer with no NOA2 if that helps any. I will hit 8 months of waiting tomorrow.
