what time need USCIS to reply

Hello all,

Im here on B2 Visa and i'm married from a U.S citizen from Saudi Arabia, She hold both nationality Saudi and USC,

Im with her right now on USA and we filled i-130 and i-485 and i-131 with all supporting documents and with the joint sponsor also, we mailed everything to

Chicago lockbox :

131 south dearbord St. mailing room (i wrote 3rd floor and they delivered it on mailing room, i just called fedex)

zip code 60603

the package received there and singed for delivery in 28 of september,

till now no any answer or NOA1 or anything in our mail, even the checks not cleared,

how long we should wait till they answer?

I'm getting confused and worry, am i need to send another application? or call them or what to do?
