thank you . i have another question. i filed AOS since lest year 2011 ,when my case was complete in May 2011 , i received a checklist , with some missing docoments for my spouse to resend them at his interview.

My question is so i need to just correct those errors or i should send the NEW complete AOS to him to take to the interview ?

Also , I have made more money on my 2011 tax return and therefore i don't need my brother as a householder anymore because my mom and i combined income can cover for me ,my spouse and herself. So can i remove my brother on the New AOS that i will be filling up fro my spouse to take with him to the interview?

Please i need soem help Interview is on 1st November

The new/updated AOS should be taken TO THE INTERVIEW/supporting docs.
