Hi there,

Well I've a question and that's totally bothering me. No, I didn't go through the previous topics because like most of the applicants I'm frustrated too. My fiancee who's a Mexican American lodged a visa back in the month of May,2012 @ California Centre via a law firm.It got approved on 13th Aug,2012. I'm an Indian presently residing in Kolkata. It's been 60 days or more that I've not received packet 3. Called the VFS Centre, Mumbai Consulate multiple times they kept on providing me NVC Inquiry number or some thing else. The VFS agent told me not to download the packet 3 from online because that's a demo version and it's not applicable for every candidate so I gotta wait. So I'm still waiting and wondering when my packet 3 is going to reach me. PLEASE HELP ME in this regard.

Removal Of Conditions

02/17/2015 - I-751 package sent to USCIS California Center via USPS

02/19/2015 - NOA issued

03/17/2015 - Biometrics

08/24/2015 - New GC produced

09/04/2015 - 10 Year GC in HAND (199th DAY)

Naturalization N 400

03/07/2016 - N 400 package sent to USCIS Phoenix, AZ Lockbox via USPS

03/15/2016 - NOA issued

04/04/2016 - Biometrics

07/20/2016 - Interview for Naturalization

08/25/2016 - Oath Ceremony (I'm a CITIZEN of United States)

I am in the same situation as you. Whenever I call or email them, they just tell me to be patient.

Starting September, Some new changes have been made. Look at the us embassy Mumbai website. New call center info, new email, and need to create an account on us travel docs website.

When ur petition got approved mate ? And whats ur case number ??
