hi everybody, i just create this profile because me and my husband are very concerned about a guy.

Im also a immigrant.. any away...

Here is the situation:

A guy fell in love with a woman, he is a citizen, and he flew to her country. And after he applyed for K1visa.

After little while they applyed for her citizenship, and NOW, because very soon she will be a citizen he say she start changed:

Somee times during the week she do not sleep in home, dont anser the phone wen he call... And also belive me: She stop use her ring. And block him on Facebook for he do not see her actions there... Tell him to sell his ring. And also said for him go away, and she can stay on the apartment.. is alot stufs i can put here.....

I sugest him to record conversetions between them.

My question is: What he can do about to Stop her, and PROVE she just used him ???

When my hunsband told me i feel angry, the innocents pay because people like this woman!!!!

You can see there's nothing you can do; it's a lot of work to try to even bring this up against the woman, and odds are you won't win. Too bad. Your friend should have been wiser marrying someone so quickly, it's obvious he was greedy also to get himself a wife, and now he learns the lesson of what happens when you do that. He should just divorce her now (hope he filed for a prenup, if not then he's even stupider and deserves to lose his money) and let her file for citizenship herself, and stop having to pay her golddigging ####.

Best thing is file for a divorce and move on with his life. Next time marry some one he knows better.

I never understand what exactly these guys are thinking about when their wives are disappearing overnights and coming home late etc etc. And after all that they are suprised?? When exactly do they get mad and look into what is really happening?? Come on Man!!!

Woman been with him all these yrs , have applied for citizenship, hey relations break down even among USCs

no one can prove after all this time he was used, he should move on, divorce maybe marry a USC next time around.

If she is applying for citizenship there is generally little he can do.

Applying for citizenship means she has been married to this man for 3 years. It will be hard to prove that she stayed with him for 3 years just to get citizenship when she could have just gotten a divorce much sooner and removed conditions on her GC herself (be free of her husband) and then apply for citizenship after 5 years. It will seem like a marriage gone sour.

After 3 years of marriage, there is nothing he can really do.

Tell him to divorce and move on.

Revenge on the immigration front will be fruitless.

Think of the advantage of her getting US citizenship, the I-864 obligation ends. Google and read how bad it can be when the courts misinterpret the I-864 and makes the US citizen petitioner pay alimony based on the I-864.
