did not put maiden name on SSN

hello guys we are about to file our aos next week, i already got my ssn with just my first name and last name on it. in fillit out forms for aos, i did not put my maiden name on the middle name part because of im following what i had put on ssn. im just wondering if that wont make any problems? thanks guys

10/03/2011 - Sent I-129F Via USPS Priority Mail

10/04/2011 - I-129F Received in Lewville, TX

10/06/2011 - NOA1 Notice Date from VSC

10/13/2011 - NOA1 Hard-Copy Received

01/25/2012 - I-129F APPROVED

02/13/2012 - Called USEM Manila, got MNL#

02/25/2012 - Received the eligibility letter from the USEM

03/05-06/2012 - Medical PASSED

03/14/2012 - Interview APPROVED[/color

08/02/2012 - POE Detroit

09/18/2012 - Wedding day!!!

AOS timeline

10/28/2012 - Sent I-485/I-765 via USPS Priority mail

11/01/2012 - Received 2 texts from USCIS, Received in Chicago, IL

01/17/2013 - Received EAD card

What is your full new name? Is it "first name/new married name" only? If you don't want to use your maiden name anymore, what you did is right.

You need to put in the AOS form the name that you want to use now. Be sure of what full name you want to use because it will be pricey to change it then on your green card.

Also, it doesn't matter if it doesn't match with what's on your SS card for now.

What is your full new name? Is it "first name/new married name" only? If you don't want to use your maiden name anymore, what you did is right.

You need to put in the AOS form the name that you want to use now. Be sure of what full name you want to use because it will be pricey to change it then on your green card.
