i'm getting frustrated with this endless journey,is been one month and 5days already since our case has been send to consulate juarez until this moment we haven't received any thing from the consulate.i wanted to call the consulate but my fiance keep warning me not to do that,that it may complicate matter.Am really getting tried of the long endless waiting,i taught it something of 6 months.my question is calling the consulate to asked if the case was received,can that really complicate the process?Did i need to received a notice or email from the NVC as well?Would appreciate if someone could enlight me on this questions.

Have you contacted the NVC or DOS to see if your case has been transferred to the Consulate? The NVC is suppose to send a letter stating that the case has been approved with them and has been forwarded on to the Consulate. Since some have not gotten their packets mailed to them from the Consulate I would say you may want to call around and check to see exactly where your case is. What if you have a interview scheduled but in error you were not sent out any notice (it happens).

That is really my worry. i was awell the case was sent to juarez on the 6 of september because i called the NVC.
