Can you tell us what affidavit of support he was asked for in the interview ? Did you used any cosponsor ?

I read a lot on the various local forums including Morocco. If your case fits profile of most common immigration fraud: meaning:

1) You are female US Citizen and he is Moroccan AND

2) You are older and he is younger.

There is 0 chance to get K1 visa. You have to get married and get CR1. They need to see commitment on both sides to prove bona fide relationship.

I would abandon current petition and get married and start CR1...

but I will say that she did not ask any of the questions we had prepared for ie. age difference, my last marriage, religious difference.

Odd that none of those were raised.
