the timeline search is totally non-existent on visajourney, but you can arrange the results in there and get a picture.

I was just checking the CSC transferrees who got approved and by that picture they are currently processing april and march tranferrees.

they've just changed what happens to applications after the initial screening and don't send them to CSC anymore. but as the change is so fresh, there is no statistics yet.

You mean, AOS transferred to CSC or the ones at your local office? Because each office has their own timelines. I suggest you look in the VJ stats for VJ members' timelines dealing with the same USCIS office as you.

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

This might help :: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

Just to give you an estimate, I filed mid-Feb and JUST received my green card (via transfer to CSC).

So I'm guessing it's mid-late February, which makes sense according to the above link.

That being said times vary pretty greatly, that's because the CSC isn't one big government building. Rather quite a few smaller offices spread around CA. This is why some take longer than others.

Good luck

Hmm, what's your source? CSC is one big building, located in Laguna Niguel, CA. Other USCIS offices in CA are the same as the ones you can find in every other states, and they are not part of CSC.

BTW OP, I see that your NOA date is after August 1st (meaning that your case can't have been forwarded to CSC), so your case will either be processed at NBC, or at your local USCIS office. (Also, check the date you entered for your EAD/AP card received, because you put Oct 29th, 2012, which is in the future :)).

If your profile is correct and that Miami is your local office, take a look here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/aoslist.php?vtype=1&op8=Miami+FL&xfr=&op1=&op2=&op3=&op4=1&op5=5%2C6%2C8%2C9%2C10%2C11&cfl=

Also, USCIS Miami processing timeframe for I-485 is currently 4 months, look here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/times

If your case is chosen to be processed at NBC, difficult to know how long it will take.
